(EMAILWIRE.COM, September 06, 2010) Houston, TX Cindy Reed Wilkins and Cin Chili will be bringing their sauces to the Houston Hot Sauce Festival. Cin Chili is not going to be like any other tasting booth. They want tasters to experience the flavor unbiased and unaffected by the flavor of a salty chip. So, they will offer sauces on mini spoons, straight-up, like true Texans. Cin Chili continues to impress the judges with their award winning recipes.

Cin Chili will have the fan favorite "Devil's Lightning Hot Sauce" available for sampling. The Jolokia pepper, or Ghost Pepper, is the hottest Chile on planet earth! In addition, try Cindy's Cin-Fully Hot Hot Sauce (Cayenne), Cin Chili Hot Sauce (Serrano), Hell's Passion (Habanero), Perky Peppers (Chipotle), Spice O'Life (Jalapeņo) and Cin Chili's Triple C Steak Sauce.

Most people are familiar with Cindy Reed Wilkins and Cin Chili after her appearance on the Food Network Channel's “Throwdown with Bobby Flay” where the competition ended in a tie.

Cin Chili

Cin Chili is a family owned business started by Cindy Reed Wilkins. Cindy has two first place trophies from the Terlingua International Chili Championship. She is the only person who has won it back to back; in 1992 and then again in 1993. The Terlingua International Chili Championship Cook-off is held each November in the middle of the desert, just south of Terlingua, Texas. After years of perfecting "the recipe," she decided to let chili lovers enjoy and savor her chili without attending a sanctioned chili cook-off. Cin Chili & Company is a newly formed, family owned company that's hoping you'll become part of their family too.
