in Chili is a family owned business started by Cindy Reed Wilkins. Cindy has two first place trophies from the Terlingua International Chili Championship. She is the only person who has won it twice; and she won it, back to back, in 1992 and then again in 1993. The Terlingua International Chili Championship Cook-off is held each November in the middle of the desert, just south of Terlingua, Texas. After years of perfecting “the recipe,” she decided to let the chili lovers enjoy and savor her chili without attending a sanctioned chili cook-off. Cin Chili & Company is a newly formed, family owned company, that’s hoping you'll become part of our family too.

Cin Chili won the First Place 2006 Scovie Award for Chili Con Carne.

On May 12, Cindy taped an episode of ”Throwdown with Bobby Flay” for the Food Network. See the Upcoming Events section for showtime.

Sept. 26-Oct. 19 State Fair of Texas. We'll be at the Go Texan Food and Fiber Pavilion again this year. We're adding our hot sauces and Ready-To-Eats to our line of Cin Chili.

Oct. 1 8 PM Central and 11PM Central ; Oct. 4 at 3PM Central. We are on Food Network again, Throwdown with Bobby Flay where Cindy goes head-to-head with Bobbie to see whose chili is better.

Oct. 25 Fredericksburg Wine & Food Festival. Cindy and Bruce will be sampling their Cin Chili at Rustlin Rob's located Southeast of the square. If you've never experienced Rustlin Rob’s; you're missing out on one of life's great experiences.

Nov. 1 Terlingua International Chili Championship Cook-off in Terlingua, TX. Cindy will be competing again this year to see if she can win it for a third time. Come on out and be a judge.
