2 cans cream-style corn
1/2 cup Velveeta® cheese
1 tablespoon Cin Chili Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
Small jar (4 ounces) pimentos
Mix all ingredients together in a medium size sauce pan. Simmer on medium heat. Stir often until cheese melts. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
