Rack of Pork Ribs
Cin Chili Cin-Sational Rub
Brown Sugar
One bottle Cindy's Cin-Namon Apple BBQ Sauce
Remove membrane from ribs.
Rub both sides and edges with Cin Chili Cin-Sational Rub.
Rub brown sugar on top of the rub (About 1/4 cup).
Wrap in aluminum foil and either place in oven at 250 for 2 1/2 hours or on the grill for 2 1/2 hours (low heat).
Remove from foil and brush on Cindy's Cin-Namon Apple BBQ Sauce on one side.
Place unbrushed side on grill for 5 minutes, turn and repeat on other side.
Repeat process until nice glaze is present and meat is pulled back from the bones.
